So how does S4VOR make money?

When a customer places an order, they pay a small platform fee.
The restaurant never pays a dime.

Customer orders a $30 meal

$30.45total charged

Restaurant keeps

$30.00

100% of the order

S4VOR receives

$0.45

1.5% platform fee (paid by diner)

The fee is capped at $1.50 — even on a $200 order, the diner never pays more than $1.50.

Why “free” usually doesn't last

You've been burned by “free” before.

It's the oldest playbook in tech. A platform launches as “free for businesses” to build a user base. Then, once restaurants are locked in — their menus uploaded, their customers on the app, their daily operations running through it — the fees start. Monthly subscriptions. Per-transaction charges. Marketplace commissions on customers that were already yours. It happens every time.

S4VOR is structurally different.

Our revenue comes from diners, not from restaurants. There's no switch to flip — we can't start charging you without rebuilding the entire business model. The core platform will always be free. Not because we're being generous — because the business works without charging you.

“The goal is to build a platform a restaurant owner would recommend to another restaurant owner — not because they have to, but because it actually helped their business.”

Optional upgrades. If you want them.

These exist for restaurants that want more. They'll never be required.

I know this industry. The system is rigged.

I'm a restaurant owner. I've lived the 5 AM prep shifts, the razor-thin margins, and the gut punch of watching a third of every delivery order disappear to an app that didn't cook a single thing. I love this industry — the people in it, the food, the communities that form around a neighborhood spot.

I built S4VOR because I believe the system can be better. Restaurants shouldn't have to choose between going digital and going broke. And diners shouldn't have to wonder if their favorite spot will survive another year of 30% commissions.

This is an invitation — to restaurant owners who are tired of getting squeezed, and to diners who want to actually support the places they love. Join us.
